Vacuum Oven

We design and develop vacuum oven which should have SS inside cabinet and the powder coated MS material outside the cabinet. The walls between the inside cabinet and outside cabinet must be filled with high- grade mineral glass wools and should withstand the maximum thermal efficiency. Inside the cabinet, minimum 2 stainless steel trays must be provided.

Vacuum Oven

The vaccum oven designed by us should have an airtight chamber with minimum inner chamber size 30cm X 30cm X 30cm cubic. One door toughened glass observation windows must be placed with knobs to tighten the door and with ‘O’ Ring. The oven should have the inbuilt heater which will reach up to 250 ^ 0C from room temperature. The oven should have the in built on/off switches for heating and indicator lamps with digital temperature controller cum Indicator with sensor

Temperature uniformity: +/- 2 degree Celsius
Vacuum : 10^ -3 millibar pressure using rotary pump
Vacuum oven should have the Air admittance valve, vacuum gauge and nozzle
Vacuum oven warranty should be at least a period of 2-3 yrs
